I restore cars at my home garage and will spend hours out there while my wife is inside. Recently my wifes health has not been good so I have to do almost everything for her. This set of BAOFENG F22 walkie talkies is simple to use yet feature packed for such a basic unit. I love that each unit comes with a usb-c rechargable battery and is able to accept 3AAA batteries in situations when you are unable to recharge them. Apart from being a simple radio the built in flashlight isn't super bright but nice to have to find things in the dark or to work inside of the tent. The radios are also able to tune into weather alert channels while being water reistent and fully sealed. I love the simple design and although it is made mostly of plastic, the units feel robust and high quality in the hands. Nice little set of low profile radios.

These are great to have when we're at the campground. We're on 11 acres and it works everywhere throughout the campground. Each walkie talkie comes with a rechargeable battery pack which you can charge with the dual head charging cord. You can also use three AAA batteries for each one as well.The flashlight is pretty handy, and the volume can get pretty loud which is good to be able to hear over crowds. They also come with a belt clip for each one as well as a strap to wear around your neck.Even though we have cell phones that work at the campground, these are very handy to have as you can communicate faster.

Honestly I’m amazed you can buy two name brand radios with these features for $24. I haven’t had a chance to evaluate them at longer ranges yet, but they definitely work and have a surprising range of features. If anything, the range of features is a little confusing given the fairly simple display. It’s not too hard to figure out but the instructions are not as clear as they could be, and if you’re not using them much, you’ll probably forget what the abbreviated menu commands are or which buttons to push for certain features. But, at this price, two functional radios with rechargeable batteries and privacy features is a pretty good deal.

I have multiple Baofeng radios. I needed something basic and inexpensive for a trip I'm about to embark on. Figured I'd give these a try. They're fairly average sized radios. Decent weight. Come with a rechargeable battery. Chargeable via USBC. FRS stations are programmed in. Once reading the manual I was able to figure out how to access sub channels. I tested and they worked across a few long city blocks.
