Exceptional Performance and Outstanding Customer Service
I recently purchased the FNIRSI 2C23T 3 in 1 Handheld Oscilloscope Multimeter DDS Generator and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations. This versatile tool, with its 2 channels and 10MHz bandwidth, coupled with a 50MSa/s sampling rate, has made my electrical measurements and diagnostics tasks remarkably efficient and accurate. The 10000 count multimeter functionality is a bonus, seamlessly integrating voltage, current, capacitor, resistor, and diode testing capabilities into one compact device. But what truly sets this product apart is the outstanding customer service I experienced. Upon realizing that an oscilloscope probe was missing from my package, I contacted their support team. Not only did they respond promptly and courteously, but they also exceeded my expectations by immediately sending the missing probe. To my surprise and delight, they included a free tiny oscilloscope as a goodwill gesture. This level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. The device itself is user-friendly, robust, and reliable, making it an essential tool for professionals and hobbyists alike. Its intuitive interface and crisp display add to the overall user experience. The accuracy and range of measurements it offers are comparable to more expensive models in the market, making it a cost-effective solution for a wide range of electrical testing needs. In conclusion, the FNIRSI 2C23T is not just a high-quality product, but it's backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Their prompt and generous response to my issue has earned them a loyal customer. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile electrical testing tool. Five stars well-deserved!

Great, Affordable Oscilloscope
The media could not be loaded. Compact & sturdy design with a high resolution display. Performs excellent for the price range. The dual-channel capability allows for simultaneous monitoring of two signals as seen in the video. The oscilloscope offers sufficient bandwidth and sampling rate for general electronics troubleshooting while the multimeter provides accurate readings for voltage, current, resistance and continuity.

Nice multifunctional tool.
Seems to work well. Voltage accuracy could be a little better. Almost no instructions, but after spending some time with it things begin to make sense. Main thing to understand is how the menu imterface works. Lots of nice features.

My New Swiss Army Knife
I'm not going to review accuracy, etc, there's a lot of info on youtube, other reviews, etc. I want to say that, for me so far (it has so many features, I may never get to road-test them all) in day-to-day use, I've been pretty amazed. Considering how much functionality has been stuffed into such a compact package, I've found that for the most part, the control/menu layout has been sensible and pretty straightforward. I'm a guy that can quickly memorize the button press sequences to get it where I need to be for the handful of functions I use most frequently. I consider that a good tradeoff for the size and number of things this little gadget can do. The power-on, and button response is instant. The diode/continuity "chime" is instantaneous(or sooner, lol), a must for "dragging pins" on fine-pitch SMD, etc. The display is GORGEOUS, and pretty well thought out, considering how much info is available, and how many different hats this little gadget has in its closet. Compared to my faithful old Tektronix scope, this thing is so "immediate" for quick measurements/visualizations. Listen, it's probably not gonna replace your top-fuel gear for the big/important races. Sometimes, you just need a big-screen 16 channel logic analyzer. But holy crap is it gonna come in handy for the small stuff. It also looks/feels really good in the hand. The test leads/probe are utilitarian (not silicone, etc) but adequate. If FNIRSI is reading this, I was tempted to dock it a star for lack of carrying case. It deserves one, even at this price point. Maybe you might consider it for future versions?

It does what it says it will
The little o'scope that CAN.Works great for audio and HF radio frequencies (up to10 Mhz). Loved that it came with two 100 MHz probes with hooks that compensate well. The probes can be color-coded for easy identification when using both oscilloscope channels. The signal generator, accessible from the main menu, can be used simultaneously with any other instrument (oscilloscope or multimeter). The signal output defaults to 3.0 volts peak-to-peak and can be adjusted up to 3.3 volts peak-to-peak. Common waveforms are available, including Sine, Square, and DC.The frequency counter on the oscilloscope works well, although it changes from 799 Hz to 0.80KHz, which is a little visually distracting and not great if you're looking for exactly 800 Hz (which I was) since a digit of accuracy is lost at the switching point. I'd prefer that it switch at 1 KHz, but it's hard to complain for the price. It's also missing a calibration output for easy probe compensation checks, but use the signal generator to send a square wave at the frequency you intend to work near, connect the oscilloscope probe(s) to the included test leads, and the probe compensation is easily adjusted. The multimeter performs common tasks needed with modern Digital Multi-Meters, including auto-ranging Voltage, Resistance. and Capacitance tests. I haven't used it to measure current, but I probably won't ever do that anyway - I prefer to test current with a dedicated current meter to avoid mistakes and letting out the magic smoke.I ran the oscilloscope for several hours and barely moved the battery indicator icon on the screen. The battery quickly charged on a USB-C charger (not included, but a USB-C to USB-A cable is included) and will charge while it is being used. It's an excellent product for the price, in my opinion. Well done!
