Works great..tastes is intense and consistency thick..but I just mix two tablespoons with 8oz of water and drink it. It taste fine...Will continue to use and will try other kinds.

Really good but taste terrible

When I received this product in the mail on 1/26/25, the “BB date” (I assume Best By date) was 12/2024. This is where I should’ve taken the warning, but it was sealed so I felt like I was safe. The dose is one tablespoon. The flavor I ordered is Vanilla Peach, both of which I love! Sounds tasty, so I went ahead and took it as a straight shot. MISTAKE. So thick, so bitter. Just thinking of it right now…gag. I burped the taste for the rest of the day until my next meal. Incredibly unpleasant, but I’m no quitter. But I am trying to be healthy, so I decide to give it another shot. Not a straight shot this time, but I diluted with water. Immediate flashbacks and regret. 0/10 do not recommend.

My delivery was on time, as promised - sealed & full. It takes getting used to. The taste is awful & you may fight your gag reflex, but if you can keep it down, I haven't found a more effective multi-vit in a long time. I feel wonderful. I have Crohns w/ malabsorption, so iykyk. The only way I've found to get it down is to immediately chase it with soda. That may feel counter intuitive, but it's the only way I won't throw up immediately 🤷‍♀️ &That's the only way that 100% masks the taste & washes it out of your mouth & throat bc it is thick. It will hang around if you try water or juice. It's definitely worth it, though!! I would've gave 5 stars but for the taste...

I’ve been using Mary Ruth vitamins for about a year. I normally use the multivitamin liposomal with biotin in the peach flavor but decided to try the liposomal multivitamin without biotin and good lord, the vanilla peach flavor is atrocious. I can normally handle gross tasting vitamins but this is unearthly. I don’t know how it passed any taste test (if there was one- bc there’s no way there was). Not worth it by ANY means. Do not buy a Mary Ruth vitamin in this flavor. You WILL regret it.BUT I DO highly highly recommend Mary Ruth vitamins- just not this flavor. Yuck.

As everyone says, the taste is god awful!!!! I had bariatric surgery and these vitamins are so easy on my stomach and great for absorption!! I haven’t been healthier since being on this vitamin! and my hair looks amazing!Just have a chaser for the taste.

It’s a Vicky thick creamy texture. Flavors is ok. I did noticed a change in energy.

The product was a little beat up. Not happy about that. But I need it so bad now that I don't want to send it back. My hot flashes & tiredness have came back since running out. I will never let this product run out again. It's seriously some awesome stuff! I mix it with a little apple juice to help with the fishy taste.
