Perfect for kitchen countertops
I have been using this item since two months, it works flawlessly and matches perfectly to the esthetic of the quartz countertop of my kitchen. Installation was easy all the ports are perfectly functional.

Overall a nifty product!
This made my newly crafted computer desk even cooler. Was super easy to install. Just be sure to get the correct size drill bit saw and you will be golden! The only thing I have to say that is a small negative is I don't find it is very quick at charging my phone. I have a Samsung S20 and I do not find it charges very quickly and it will sometimes beep a few times while i have it on the charger and stop charging. So i have to re-place it onto the charger and see if it happens again. Maybe Im supposed to do something to make it charge faster? Im really not sure. But overall I do like this product and it gives an extra couple usb and outlets where i may need them most!

Had some problem with wireless charger but company sent me a new unit.
I put this near the center of our island in the kitchen and loved its functionality. We bragged about it to many people who were admiring our newly remodeled kitchen. But this last month, the wireless charger function stopped working. The outlets seem to work fine. Using USB-C, my new phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra) expects a faster charger and gives a message to check connections when I first plug it in. Not a big deal because it still charges at 5 watts. My new phone just expects a faster charge. It does fine with Samsung's 25 watt charger.** Update, company did not respond to first email. Sent another email more than a year after purchase and company responded and sent me a new unit. The new unit so far seems to work properly so I changed my stars to 5 stars because I really like this item.

Neat Outlet solution for island
This item would get 5 stars if the wireless charger base worked, and if the USB-C worked. After buying this I see other people have commented about the USB-C not working either, I'm not returning it, the regular USB ports work and the outlets are fine.

USB-C didn't work, wireless only functional when open
The outlets all work fine, and the USB-As work well, but the USB-Cs don't work at all. The wireless charging works, but only when it is open, when closed it is too far recessed that phones will not connect.1-Star Edit: Ordered replacement as the USB-C was the reason for picking this over others. Replacement also would not power a Pixel 1,3,4, Note 20, with multiple verified working cables.Edit: Lowering score as I had requested a replacement since the USB-C was non functioning, and the replacement had the same issue.
