JFC Katsuo Fumi Furikake Rice Seasoning, 1.7-Ounce Jars (Pack of 4)

These guys deliver fast and the furikake is great. Best by dates are a year away and I'm going to eat it faster than that but appreciate the attention they pay to giving you the best they have. Will definitely be ordering from them again and for the foreseeable future.

We eat a lot of rice. This rice seasoning kicked the deliciousness factor to another level. It adds some salty, sweet, and umami flavor to the rice or whatever steamed veggies we put on top. Yum!!

Love this rice seasoning! Have purchased this locally for a number of years but my oriental market is getting near expiring products. Not the case from Amazon via JFC. Expires in mid-2017, so I can count on this being fresh and dry. Some with sensitive noses and more traditional taste may not like the smell of the shaved bonito fish but I love it. Also like to add some pickled ginger on this too. Seasoning was individually bubbled wrapped in the package. Well Done.

The Katsuo is the best furikake ever! All my roomates love it too; the JFC furikake line is in general super yummy, it's meant to be sprinkled sparingly over rice, but you can also use it in bibimbap, and garnish soup/noodle dishes like udon or ramen for a little extra flavor.

Good so far! Nice that I can use as much as I want without fear of running out. Maybe different flavors would be cool - without having to buy more than four.
