I wanted to love the solar fountains so badly because this is such a great idea! They’re convenient, look amazing and the sound of trickling water is a great feature to any yard / garden but I returned two of them because I couldn’t get the solar fountains to remain in the center of my bird baths and all of the water squirted out onto the ground. I had to refill bird baths several times a day so the pump works great!I have painted, cement bird baths and plastic but I couldn’t get the fountain suction cups to hold them in place. I even tried to come up with a weight to hold them in the center to prevent them from floating to the edge without success. I think the fountain would work better in a pond feature where floating isn’t an issue unless the manufacturer comes up with a better anchor system.

I am not happy with this one. I’ve had this type for a few years, and didn’t have issues. This one bubbles and stops even with direct sun. I’ve cleaned it several times, but even now it did the same thing. I should’ve returned it.

Disappointed again made in China maybe too noisy or just not natural put frost proof fish for under plants ..: morning doves cardinals even a migratory group amazing … fresh water clean it out… just the pollen from icky pines in bloom snd nasty live oaks in development that were cheap to put in twenty five yesterday’s ago but now hunt for water at sprinklers, main house or condo main feed to multiple units under driveways sidewalk … tripping hazard … people want to updated twenty year old units in very popular gated communities and yet they give such hastlle to remove insane m… ugly but beautiful if by water… need water but not near golfer and golf paths I ready to leave Florida and USA. Where country is proud and people pay for good quality not ship countries mistakes… beware all countries can put on label made in China ir get a huge say Beerstein in Germany.. thanks mom boys look at bottom .. lol mom made in China ok where you and dad stop dollar tree or dollar and more just beware and the German cars and the z Italian cars maybe you drive one and come back… get model number and exactly every figure you want and no can get that well maybe if ordered in us plant but not from fancy ass high pressure sales people any one can fall for there scam even a seasoned professional purchaser of my company vehicles just depends on the dealership and the attitude of the sales person… got that can I help you just checking what’s on the lot little lady don’t waste my time come back with hubby and we will see what his little girl wants we aim to please , please call the manager… we’ll he isn’t here so what we’ll GM will here about this I am a corporate buyer go bye ma ma never set foot in dealership and big mouth he was no longer there and guess what had cars but no vans corporate or soccer moms go girls go buy but do not be bullied walk away

I put this solar water fountain in my bird bath, it looks great! I had a solar water fountain and it only worked on sunny days, but this one works on cloudy days too! I would definitely recommended this product!

Bought 2 for gifts. Tried to get them charged before giving. Won’t charge so no spray

More powerful than the one we had before...and runs longer. Would be great for a pool! BUT....is the life expectancy less than 3 mo?

I put this in as a "water feature" of a planter I built. I suppose that if I had built the planter with the fountain in mind to begin with, it might have worked. But the fountain would either drench the plants (emptying about 15 gallons a day onto them), or if I used a catch-basin, the water was only visible on a clear day around noon. I experimented with several of the nozzles, and none shot very high, even with the strongest sunlight, though all would shoot out of its bucket into the plants unless I used a catch-basin.As part of a larger installation, where shooting out of the pond is no problem, probably a good value (though keep your expectations for height in check).

The solar panel sensitivity is not consistent but works in favor more often than not. I like that it floats. Bought it for a container water garden. I might get a pump next time so that less surface space is covered.
