The form factor works great for keeping out of the way
The form factor works great for keeping out of the way, and giving the laptop a little lift. "Space gray" color matches really well. Tested USB and HDMI ports all working with my MBP 2017.Packaging could have been better, and mine came with some gunk on it. It should ship in a plastic protective sleeve.

great when it works!
This is the replacement for an identical product that I returned since out of the box the ethernet port didn't work.I've been using this replacement for about 4 months and last week it quit. The USB ports didn't work any more.I'm asking for warranty and return policy. If it lasted for one year, that would have been fine, but for this price, this is not a disposable item this soon. :-(

Perfect design and exactly what I was looking for
Perfect design and exactly what I was looking for. HOWEVER. I can't make the VGA port to work with my MacBook Pro. I may have return it.Update: I updated my Mac OS, restarted my MacBook Pro and both the VGA port was working AND my KVA switch worked without darkening my screen (was another issue I encounter). Lastly, the nice folks reached out to help me solve the issue. I noted that this is a Chinesse company so was surprised that they wanted to help me solve the issue.

NOT DUAL VIDEO OUTPUT
I have a 2017 Macbook Pro. I was expecting this dock to be able to handle connecting two external monitors. NOPE. You have your choice of Mini DP, HDMI, and VGA, but only one of these will work at a time. What kind of dock only does 1 video output? Also, this dock is really big for not being able to output to two monitors. There are plenty of much more compact options that output to only one monitor if that's all you need.Additionally, the type of rubber they used for the feet and grips on top (on which to rest the computer) are not grippy at all and the computer slides around on the dock. Zero stars if I could.

Not bad, but needs more monitor connectors.
Very slim and compact, good for angling you Mac to viewing level. Also works great w my XPS 13 so I love the dual purpose platform. In the age of multiple screens I would have liked to see multiple HDMI connectors. Now I’ll have to buy a separate dongle for this (annoying)

Missing Parts & Non Functioning Display Port.
Item came missing the 4 rubber feet on bottom and the mini display port didn't work (I had to use HDMI). I am using this with a 2017 Mac Book Pro 13.

最初は使い勝手が良かったのだけれども。。。
最初は両面テープを貼って邪魔にならなかったのだが、肩が激痛が走ってパソコンスタンドを買って絆いだら両面テープの粘着力が衰えてバラバラになりすまして、今は宙ぶらりです。

Useful but misses the mark slightly
Really was looking forward to running a dual monitor setup on this but as others have noted the mini DP port seems to not work - perhaps it's my cable for some reason. Anyway, everything else is good and it sits well on my desk and setup.
