Thought I didn't enough research before purchasing. I took these bottles and compared them to other supplements at my local pharmacy and Lemme has extremely lose dosage compared to other/more affordable brands options.Also the gummies first ingredient is sugar 🥲 whyyyyyy. Still like the Kardashians but Kourt dropped the ball on this.

Unfortunately I thought these were chewable but they are big horse pills. Tastes gross going down so I couldn’t stomach them to see if they work or not.
