The best!
After watching a clip on YouTube about side raises with resistance bands - the man used these instead of handles to take the hand out of the exercise. After the good reviews, I decided to buy some for this purpose; most excellent! Very well-made and good padding - very effective! I would recommend these to any body.

Excellent quality and comfortable
Arrived next day via prime. The Velcro is very strong so they will work well when used at the gym for leg extension etc. They are also very padded so much better than the thin straps on offer at the gym which are uncomfortable and therefore you can't put the weight up as high. You get a pair in the set.

I absolutely love these ankle straps. They are even better than expected. As the padded section actually covers 90 percent of the strap bar the velcro fastener. They are comfortable and they fit snug. I actually bought 4 first off! - & im so happy i did :D
