[ NEW ] Hime Dried Udon Japanese Noodles [ 28.21 oz ]

I lived in Japan for an extended period and know what Japanese food is supposed to taste like.Trying to buy udon online is very tricky because there are a whole lot of products being sold that aren't really udon, or that do not resemble the udon that is eaten in Japan. For example, many products named "udon" have noodles that are too thin, and you can obviously tell this from the picture. Real udon is not a thin noodle.For real udon, you want a noodle that is thick and plumps up nicely when you cook it, and this is the real thing. I like these noodles a lot and these are the best I have found on Amazon.

First time eating udon. Not one strand was broken and I like that the bundles are wrapped in serving size amount.

I'm becoming a convert from wheat pasta!
