pretty okay for price
pretty good for the price since braces are expensive...but u need to keep it up, you teeth will hurt all over esp at first time using it but it does help to allign little by little u just need to bear the pain and ofc try to use it very regularly...i sometimes ut mine on before bed and lost it amongst my sheets haha good for the price

It's hard silicone, top part of the guard pushes the upper gums too hard
Buy the individual mouth guard not this one, it's very hard and cannot be kept in the mouth for the whole night which I actually needed for. Product is NOT helpful at all. Refrain from buying.
