Q: One bag can keep how long time?

Every time we emptied the tank, we put a new drop in deodorizer in the tank. We actually were living in the camper for 9 months while rebuilding our home from Hurricane Harvey and so we did have access to 1 of our home toilets...we emptied the tank on Sundays and used 1 drop in weekly. If you are using it for camping, they will last a while unless you camp weekly. ;-) I hope this helps. The lavender is a good scent...not overwhelming and totally controls the odors.

Q: Do they help to remove odor from an already stinky camper toilet?

Empty the holding tank then flush it out. Add the recommended amount of clean water and 2 pads and it help with the odor. Adding them without cleaning out the tank will not help much.

Q: When you say “septic tank safe” are you saying it’s safe to dump your RV black water (treated with this product)into your residential “septic system”?

Yes, our camper was in our front yard for 8 months after Hurricane Harvey and the black tank was dumped into our homes "septic system". ;-) We stopped doing this is May 2018 because our home was finished and we were able to move back in and so far, no issues. We put 1 drop in on Sundays....dumped the following Sunday and didn't have a smell in the camper and there were 4 of us using this camper toilet.
