Both BurnJacket and BurnJacket Pro are meant to be worn against the bare skin (underneath pants) to assure best fit. However, depending on how small your calf is and how tight your pants are, in theory, both could be worn over pants, but this is not the recommended usage. If over the pants is going to be attempted it might be best to purchase BurnJacket Pro since it expands larger. Hope this helps, ride safe!

If the measured width of that area you are trying to protect is within the measured area the BurnJacket covers (between 13 to 16 inches in circumstance) then it will fit. If not then it won’t.
