I just received ours 2 days ago and was impressed that it reached about 35 feet. I didnt bother to test it any further but I feel like it can..just not sure how far to be exact

I have ran multiple devices at the same time right beside each other and never had any issues so far. Most of the time I have at least 5 or 6 at a time

Q: Can’t get to work. Can’t get remote to light up?

Are your battery’s charged? If not try that and then if not could be a bad remote.
