Very good for the price easy to put together with or without instructions ideally you need lava stones not for the heat but to help keep it clean overall I’m very pleased

I barely used this BBQ and without even food cooking the thing set on fire! There were bits not screwed in which came off, looks like this was the gas control mechanism? Do not know how this passed any kind of quality control and was able to be sold, it's a hazard and dangerous I was lucky nobody was hurt. I am disputing with the seller for a refund and all they do is stall and delay and say there's not enough evidence, they need for information, I couldn't possibly provide any more, they are rubbish. DO NOT BUY anything from this seller, they offer NO customer service and do not cooperate to provide any kind of warranty or refund. I have to contact my cc company to try and resolve this instead. Really angry and feel like I have been fleeced.

Instructions not helpful, not value for money that was spent.Disappointed with this product.

Very sad when building my new bbq to see the handle brackets come out of the box like this!!! I’ve attached photos. Not used it yet as only just built it

Great value for money. Assembly was a challenge as not all parts were sturdy and the holes didn’t line up easily.

The media could not be loaded.  Mi must say this is the worst BBQ I have had it was a nightmare to build. The part that holds the gas control had to be self taped because the holes don't Lineup. The handle on the door could not be fitted the handle wasn't taped out for the screws. The to top it off when I finally got it going the burners only light halfway and make a loud blowing noise. I'm a plumber to trade and I couldn't imagine anyone without any practical background building this item. I will add video.

I have not used it yet but it was a pain in the backside to put together.
