Great help for caregivers
My pager set came very quickly and I was anxious to use them for my 80+ ill mother especially at night bc our bedrooms are on different levels of the house. It was disappointing to realize the cords hadn’t been included, because it limited the usefulness of the set. The seller contacted me to be sure that cords were sent to us. It did take three + weeks to receive, which they warned / notified me right away. But now that we have the cords in use the set has helped provide peace of mind that my mother can page me in a very easy way even in the grogginess of the middle of the night. I have actually used the cord on one to loop the button around the metalwork of the headboard to keep it at her fingertips. Easily removable if we want to move location around the house. I can hear the music or chime from anywhere in the house.One is set to her favorite song and the other sounds like a doorbell.....neither can be missed even in my sleep. I do agree with other reviewers that the button isn’t ideal for around the neck wear as it’s a little too large, but it could be if needed on a limited basis. I would recommend for usefulness, value and quality. And I did appreciate he seller reaching out to me after I asked the question regarding the missing cords. Great service despite the fact that the cords came from China and took three times as long to receive than the original order. Glad to have the product.

Great for elderly
I purchased this for my grandfather in case he needed help at night. He can't go upstairs and I was very worried that no one would hear him at night since all the other bedrooms are upstairs. The volume is nice and loud, so it will easily wake people up if he needed assistance. Lots of different sounds and I appreciated that they included mounting pads along with the lanyards, so I could fix one to the wall in the bathroom and he doesn't need to remember to take it with him.

Easy to use-serves it’s purpose!
I like that you can control the different rings and volume of the chime, however it would be nice if you could control the ringing when you plug it in to a different outlet. When I move around the house and replug it in it’s very loud. Other than that, works great and love it!

I LOVED THIS PRODUCT RECENTLY MY GRANDMOTHER GOT SICK AND I BOUGHT THIS SO WE WERE ABLE TO HEAR HER FROM HER ROOM TO THE LIVING ROOM IT WORKED AMAZING I BOUGHT TWO MORE ONE FOR MY ELDERLY UNCLE AND ANOTHER FOR MY UNCLE WHO NEEDED IT AT HOME. THEY WERE IN LOVE ! :D IT HAS AMAZING SOUNDS AND YOU CAN CHANGE IT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE A CERTAIN SOUND. Easy to program - Perfect!
We purchased these as an add-on to the door alarms in order to get extra receivers. My father has dementia and I work from home so it is good to know when a door opens. This button gives him the ability to call me in my office without having to go through the whole house to find me.They were very easy to program (every alarm and button has a different ring tone now!) so we feel better knowing if someone is coming in or out.

A little tricky to change the volume and add the cord.
It's fairly easy to use, but has a slight trick to changing rings. Sound and ring tone are varible. Good quality for the price.
