Sahyog Wellness Portable Traveller Mesh Nebulizer with USB Port with Nebulizer Kit (White & Blue)

When I received the product:1) It was different from what I had ordered. The unit had in-built chargeable battery only. No option for AA batteries.2) The item seemed to be old/used. Mouthpiece was missing in accessories. There were scratch marks and grime deposit in battery compartment. Still gave it a try to operate it but battery was not charging.3) Wanted to return the device as I already ordered another one by Dr Trust. When contacted Amazon they said this device can only be replaced and not refunded.4) Replaced the device and thankfully received a fresh working piece as described, with all accessories intact. Working fine. Same day I also received Dr Trust mesh nebulizer.If you compare the quality of Dr Trust with this device, the quality, packing, finishing of Dr Trust is way much better than this device.There's not much price difference between the two hence I suggest go for Dr Trust rather than this brand.

The nostril of the mesh is started rusting. I really don't understand why company doesn't use steel instead. When informed company about the same, reply comes there is no warranty on mesh you should buy a new one. Please do not buy any of the product of Sahyog Wellness. Go for branded product.

The media could not be loaded.  My father is suffering from Acute Asthma. He has been using inhalers and nebulisers for many years.I heard about portable nebuliser and ordered this mesh nebuliser few days back and received prompt delivery .My father used it and found it very convenient much more effective than ordinary inhalers. This inhaler is almost silent, can be operated by any USB port of the power bank, laptop or car. Being small like an inhaler it can be kept in the pocket and used during travel.I really liked the product .I hope it will give good service .I myself a doctor and strongly recommend this product for use for asthma patients

The product arrived yesterday. It sleek and light weight. Yet to use the product. It has one design issue. The battery cover has flat plates i.e. an indication that both the batteries positive tip should rests. The springs for negative terminal are inside the case. This gives an incorrect impression that both the batteries are in parallel mode and not serial. One has to look at battery cover to identify the right way to insert the battery. It's just a standard user experience that can be enhanced.

First thing there was no seal on the box delivered, had raised this the same day but no response till date,It worked well for few days, started leaking in a week and stopped working completely the next daySent to their facility for checking.Please see the reply below I received today#Our engineers checked the product, and found that the product is damaged from inside, as liquid got inside the machine, because of which we won't be able to repair the product.#It was obvious the damage was due to the leak, I had even taken video of leakage and forwarded to them, inspite of this all they are not bothered to discuss or think on leakage partI have wasted my money and timeThink twice before buy, first it will leak, then will stop working due to liquid entering inside and then there will be no warranty coverage

It a excellent product with nebulization rate is too high. It should produce smaller size of medicinal particles. The product has not been provided with any warranty.The manufacturer should should provide replacement warranty for 2 years, may be one at the residence.Overall, it is easier user and really sleek

My baby boy was having cough and cold and was unable to breath, so doctor asked me to use nebulizer. I checked all the product and was going to by a small portable one which I could use it in train flight or anywhere with ease. Quite happy with this one. with 2 aaa batteries or usb connection it functions. Very easy to use and carry it in a pouch. It also gives an adult mask.My baby was afraid to take the nebulizer so I had to show him by taking myself and then he tried. Used it 3 times and I think its okay product.

Pros -1. Small in size and easy to carry.2. Very effective, and show red light also when we are over with the medicine.3. Easy to operate and use4. Comes with Adult and Child cup for optimum and effective usageCons -Small carry bag case should be given along with the product, as of now only bag is provided.But overall, I am satisfied with the product.
